Elliot Lake has all the popular service clubs and fraternal orders such as the Lions, the Kinsmen, the Knights of Columbus, Loyal Order of the Moose, the Masonic Lodge, the Royal Canadian Legion, and several others that are a vital part of community life.

The Renaissance Active Living Centre
The Renaissance Active Living Centre in Elliot Lake has strived to be a leading organization and has become a major force in the community with nearly 700 members. The centre hosts a number of daily activities as well as special events throughout the year and works to develop and maintain personal well-being and independence through identifying their needs and endeavoring to ensure that these needs are met. 

The Club D’Accueil D’Age D’Or
The Club D’Accueil D’Age D’Or is a francophone group with over 250 members that are very active within the community and also have their own campground north of the city at Cinder Park.
